This is my new favorite. It is SO creamy and delicious. It tastes exactly like cake batter ice cream. If you’re trying to be healthy, this is a fantastic substitute for the real thing.

Cake Batter Protein Shake
(Recipe adapted from Dashing Dish)
Makes 1 shake
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp butter emulsion (or almond extract) – this is the key ingredient!
1 Tbsp dry mix fat free sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 packet Truvia
1/2 cup water
6-10 ice cubes
sprinkles for topping
1. Combine all ingredients except sprinkles in a blender and blend to desired thickness.
2. Add sprinkles
