The times are a little weird today due to 10 minute breaks during my day.

8am Breakfast (380 calories; 6 points):
toasted Thomas’ everything bagel thin w/1 Tbsp low fat cream cheese
2 slices Canadian bacon
1 large cup coffee w/creamer
2 clementines “cuties”

10am Mid-morning snack (227 calories; 3 points):
Protein shake – frozen mangoes, fresh pineapple, fresh raspberries, frozen spinach, ice, vanilla protein powder, almond milk

12:30pm Lunch (120 calories; 2 points):
1 cup raspberries
1 sugar free jello pudding snack

2:30pm Afternoon snack (356 calories; 5 points):
1 nonfat peach yogurt
1 clementine
sandwich – 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 oz lean ham, 1/4 avocado, sprinkled w/cayenne & garlic

5:45pm Dinner (516 calories; 13 points):
homemade chicken Alfredo tortilla pizza – 1 whole wheat tortilla, 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup Alfredo/pesto/fat free half&half sauce, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1.5 oz reduced fat mozzarella, 1/2 Roma tomato, 3/4 cup fresh spinach
dessert – 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
