End & Beginning of P90X Phase 1

Clearly blogging is not my thing… yet. I really want to get better at posting more often. I just don’t think my day-to-day life if much worth blogging about. Oh well, I’ve got some catching up to do.

I just finished phase 1 of P90X. When I began, I did one week of the lean program, but then switched to classic the following week. In addition, I skipped Yoga, Legs & Back, and Ab Ripper for the majority of the 30 days. Needless to say, I’m starting over again today. I’m proud of the results that I’ve achieved in the last month, though.

Here are some before & after pictures. The ones on the left are Day 0. The ones on the right are Day 30.

Overall this month, I lost 3 lbs and 7.5 inches overall. I’m heading into this month with high motivation to accomplish all the workouts.
